| Uploading a file returns 503 | File storage is optional and stays off as long as WHO2BE_BLOBSTORE_* isn’t set (see .env.example). Everything else works without it. |
| The MCP client reports 401 | Expected without a token — add Authorization: Bearer w2b_…. If HTML comes back instead of a 401, the client is talking to the web interface instead of the MCP endpoint. |
